- What counts as a conversion?
- Any case that moves from lead or intake to an active case file in your workspace. Free conversions reset each month.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — switch at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans are billed monthly. Cancel any time from your agency settings; your data stays exportable.
- What about clients who find me through the Vizado marketplace?
- The same per-case pricing applies. There is no per-lead or per-referral charge, and nothing is ranked by payment.
